01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Step 1:
Fill out my contact form.
Yes, I know—you’ve probably done this a million times already. But I promise I’m not trying to spam you. I just need your info so I can actually reach you and not feel like I’m sending smoke signals into the void.
Step 2:
Secure your date with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
This officially locks me in for your wedding day and tells the universe, “Yes, we want you.”
Step 3:
Hop on a quick phone or video call with me.
Before we make anything final, we’ll chat to make sure we’re a perfect fit and go over all the details. You’ll receive a custom quote after our call.
Step 4:
Contract + Invoice.
Once you approve the quote, I’ll email you the contract and invoice. Sign it, pay it, and boom—you’re officially booked!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
I most certainly do offer travel! Depending on the distance, airfare may be required—but I absolutely love exploring new places to capture unforgettable moments for you. I currently offer travel to Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Washington, and Nevada. If you have a destination outside of these areas, feel free to reach out—I’d love to talk through the details and make it happen!
03. Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! If you have a large or extended family and need extra time or more photos, want a second shooter, or you're planning bridals and engagements at a specific location, I’m more than happy to accommodate. Let’s connect and talk through the details—I’d love to create a custom quote that fits your vision and covers everything you need.
04. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within 1 hour of my location (near Idaho Falls) is included—both ways.
For locations beyond that:
Driving Travel: $50/hour after the first hour (up to a maximum 10-hour drive)
Local Flight Travel: starting at $400
U.S. Flight Travel: starting at $1,000
Extended / Destination Travel: starting at $2,000
Please note that lodging is not included when required.
I’m always happy to work with your budget when possible and will do my best to keep travel as accessible as I can. And if your location is somewhere incredible… I’m probably already halfway packed. 😄
05. How long does it take to receive the final photos?
My goal is to get your photos to you as quickly as possible—without ever compromising on quality or the edits you’re excited about.
I aim to have your full gallery completed within 6 to 10 weeks, giving each image the time and care it deserves.
06.How many Photos do we get back?
You can expect approximately 65–85 edited images per hour of coverage. Final galleries are thoughtfully curated to ensure the best moments and details are included.

Polaroid Book — $120
Your gallery also includes access to a print shop for albums, prints, and framed keepsakes.
Exclusive Session Pricing (with wedding booking)
Engagement Session — $150 (regularly $300)
Bridal Session — $260 (regularly $350)
Second Photographer
Associate Second Shooter — $120/hour
Second Shooter — $70/hour
08.Payment Plans
Yes — I offer payment plans.
You’re already investing in so many parts of your wedding, and I never want photography to feel stressful or out of reach. My goal is to make this process simple and manageable so you can focus on enjoying your engagement.
To reserve your date, a 25% retainer is required. After that, the remaining balance can be spread out in whatever way works best for you — monthly payments, a 50/50 split, or a custom schedule we decide together.
All final payments are due two weeks before your wedding day.
