I like to be as transparent about cost as possible. I found nothing more frustrating when wedding planning than the back-and-forth vendor emails just to get a simple answer. So, the first thing I want to make sure of is that I’m the right fit for your day — and that I’m the right fit for your budget.
Weddings are so expensive, and I never want photography to feel like another massive dump in the bucket of wedding planning. I’m here to help, listen, and be as useful as possible throughout the process.
Wedding & Event coverage is $300 per hour, booked in full-hour increments. I don’t offer half-hour coverage, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for.
4 hours — $1,200
6 hours — $1,800
8 hours — $2,400
10 hours — $3,000
Additional coverage is available at the same $300/hour rate.
Packages
4 Hours
This collection includes 4 hours of wedding-day coverage, 260+ thoughtfully edited images, sneak peeks within one week, a private online gallery, and print release.
6 Hours
This collection includes 6 hours of wedding-day coverage, 390+ thoughtfully edited images, sneak peeks within one week, timeline planning assistance, a private online gallery, and print release.
8 Hours
This collection includes 8 hours of wedding-day coverage, 520+ thoughtfully edited images, sneak peeks within one week, timeline planning and support, a private online gallery, and print release. You’ll also have the choice of an engagement session for $150 (regularly $300) or a Polaroid Book for $150.
10 Hours
This collection includes 10 hours of wedding-day coverage, 650+ thoughtfully edited images, sneak peeks within one week, timeline planning and support, a private online gallery, and print release. You’ll also receive a complimentary Polaroid Book ($150 value) and $150 off an engagement session, bringing it to $150 instead of $300. If you choose not to book an engagement session, the $150 discount can be applied toward your total wedding collection.
FAQ
01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Step 1:
Hop on a quick phone or video call with me.
Before we make anything final, we’ll chat to make sure we’re a perfect fit and go over all the details. You’ll receive a custom quote after our call.
Step 2:
Secure your date with a 25% or 50% non-refundable deposit.
This officially locks me in for your wedding day and tells the universe, “Yes, we want you.”
Step 3:
Contract + Invoice.
Once you approve the quote, I’ll email you the contract and invoice. Sign it, pay it, and boom—you’re officially booked!
02. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within 1 hour of my location (near Idaho Falls) is included—both ways.
For locations beyond that:
Driving Travel: $50/hour after the first hour (up to a maximum 10-hour drive)
Local Flight Travel: starting at $400
U.S. Flight Travel: starting at $1,000
Extended / Destination Travel: starting at $2,000
Please note that lodging is not included when required.
I’m always happy to work with your budget when possible and will do my best to keep travel as accessible as I can. And if your location is somewhere incredible… I’m probably already halfway packed. 😄

05. How long does it take to receive the final photos?
My goal is to get your photos to you as quickly as possible—without ever compromising on quality or the edits you’re excited about.
I aim to have your full gallery completed within 6 to 10 weeks, giving each image the time and care it deserves.
06.How many Photos do we get back?
You can expect approximately 65–85 edited images per hour of coverage. Final galleries are thoughtfully curated to ensure the best moments and details are included.
08.Payment Plans
Yes — I offer payment plans.
You’re already investing in so many parts of your wedding, and I never want photography to feel stressful or out of reach. My goal is to make this process simple and manageable so you can focus on enjoying your engagement.
To reserve your date, a 25% retainer is required. After that, the remaining balance can be spread out in whatever way works best for you — monthly payments, a 50/50 split, or a custom schedule we decide together.
All final payments are due two weeks before your wedding day.
